Terms and conditions (Economic Observer is a journal registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh):

1. Terms and conditions for buyers and sellers are the one prescribed by PayPal ® User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and those mentioned here;

2. All paid subscribers or buyers of individual issues will have online access to all the new articles (including the archived issues) as per the terms of their subscription. The password to access will be sent to the valid email address in file;

3. No refund is available after the first issue has been already sent. Any applicable fees might apply;

4. All currencies, except limited by PayPal, are accepted and remitted into US dollar;

5. Electronic issues are in PDF format only, is password protected and printing is restricted. The issue will be sent to a valid email address with the ability to receive at least 2 MB attached files and/or can be accessed online;

6. For issues 1999 and before, please contact us prior to purchase and specify the copy (subject to availability);

7. All information to access online issues or the electronic issue will be sent within 24-48 hours of the purchase;

8. The subscription does not renew automatically;
